South Hempstead with RVC schools? Any thoughts?
I know RVC schools are great but how is south hempstead and why are some really nice looking house sooo cheap?

depends where they are. They might be in Lakeview. Might be a nice house but not a nice area.

Honest opinion?
That's not the best area. It's a very cute house but the surrounding homes are not really kept up well.
