South Huntington schools and Half Hollow Hills?

South Huntington schools and Half Hollow Hills?
I am completely not familiar with any of the Huntington school districts, I know one of them is not as great as the others. Also, anyone know which is better - Half Hollow Hills East or West?

They are both really great. I have several friends that went to East (all Ivy League/MIT folks) and DH went to West (again, many Ivy League-ers there too).

South Huntington and Half Hollow Hills are two separate districts. I believe HHH is considered to be better than SH. The two schools East/West in HHH are both great.

I know they are separate... there are some houses we are getting emailed to us from a realtor. One beautiful house is in S. Huntington schools. Another house is in Deer Park, which really wasn't on our list... but it's one of the half hollow hills districts. DP is a little too far south for us, but was willing to entertain depending on SD.

South Huntington (where I live) is not as good as Half Hollow Hills. If you can go to school district 5 (half hollow hills) you should. S. Huntington is not horrible, but it is not as great as 5. Its actually ranked around the 50th percentile where HHH is about top 10%
