Southampton

I was just curious so I calculated that a mortgage payment for $995,000 at 6% is $5965 - holy cow!!!

Are prices insane YES but I don't know if I think that is a lot for Southampton with all that and on almost 2 Acres (I think thats what it said)

based on the description and acreage, i think the price is reasonable. a house that size w/ those features would list for well over a million in areas closer to the city.

I think that is very inexpensive for SOuthampton! Especially for 2 acres!! It is prime location just to be in Southampton!
But wow, Jenn...you got a hosue in SOuthampton for less than 500,000 last year? thats also unheard of!! GREAT for you!
