usas...means.."you use" from the verb "usar" as far as I know...so I don't know what that's doing in there.

Sentence doesnt make litral sense. It should say
Cuales son UNAS actividades que has hecho?
Unas(some, a few) instead of usas.
Then it would translate as
What are some activities that you have done?
