I got one for my friend at St. Tropez but they didn't have the table w/ the hole in it so I don't think it was great. I've been there too and I wouldn't recommend it.

I go to St Tropez all of the time - love it!
I went when I was preggo also - they don't have a table with the holes, but they set up pillows on the table, that work just fine
I also went 2 years ago for mine, they have expanded and gotten new things, so I would call them, maybe since then they have gotten a new table 
There is also a person on these boards that do them as well. You could probably FM here and see exactly what she does.
I know girls that have used her and love her.
I know when I get preggo again, I will use her.
