Spaying/Neutering
Scott's post just reminded me of this. I was wondering how much you spent for having your pet neutered/spayed. I was wondering how much you paid so that I can have an idea of what to expect. Thanks.

Re: Spaying/Neutering
I have run the gammet of prices with this. One dog cost as much as $600, and the lowest was $75. The smaller dogs I go to my vet, because it is a more delicate surgery and also there is a higher risk of complications from anesthesia by injection (and my vet does not do this, it is througha bronchial tube).

Lola's spaying cost $400 for everything...including a pre-op blood screen for $65 that was optional.

Re: Spaying/Neutering
dharma was fixed when i got her.
lukin was only $38 BUT they had to charge for a million other things (it was one of those low cost nueter places) so it ended up being like $120 or something......
but all in all it was very cheap. he got fixed, a stool sample, a rabies shot, a tooth pulled and a teeth cleaning....
so it was very cheap in the end.
if you need the number i can give you it... but its in the city.
