Speaking of laundry...if you drop it off to get done...

where do you go and how much do you pay? do you bring it in a basket or a bag?

we don't have washer/dryer access and we could do it at dh's parents house, but then we will get nothing done and hanging out at the laundry mat also doesn't suit us. it is a bit sketchy and again, you can't get anything done. so we figured, we're spending money already, why not spend a bit more and have time. so, is it a good idea? what are we looking at spending?

well it depends on how much load of laundry you have one time mine cost around 40 dollars and another time 80 dollars.

We bring ours once a week and its usually about 30-35 dollars.

We bring it separated in laundry bags.

well it depends one time I had two and a half laundry and it weighted about 80 dollars.

we bring it every 2 weeks, in a big azz laundry bag, and it usually costs around $25 ($30 max if we really stuff that big boy).

It is about 60 Cents a lb. Totally Worth it!! You drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon all folded for you.

I took it once to Washingtown DC in Whitestone. When I got home with the stuff I'd picked up I found a whole bunch of stuff that belonged to someone else! The price was good, especially since I was so busy at the time. But I was worried about my stuff ending up with someone else so that was the only time I did it. Chat Icon

I bring it and do it on my own. I think it works out better. Im handling my own clothes and if they wiegh it, LOL the scale would break..
We go once a week. We went today and it cost me $10.Chat Icon

I used to bring it to someone till I got a machine but Saturday, the handle broke off it so back to the laundramat

this is all i look forward to sometimes. you never know how good you have it until you go without a washer and dryer. Chat Icon
