Speaking of Pastina...
Does anyone have any interesting recipes? I just threw in some peas, butter and parmesan cheese. It was good, but I want to use it more often as a side... any suggestions?

I cook mine in either chicken broth or throw some vegetable bouillon cubes into the water as it's boiling.

Re: Speaking of Pastina...
I make a modified Italian Wedding Soup for the kids...ground seasoned beef instead of meatballs, Pastina, all in Chicken Broth sprinkled with cheese.

yes, but the longer you cook it or the less/more water will determine who thick it'll be.
