Speaking of weird dreams...
This one is freaking me out.
Last night I dreamed that I was having company in my house. I went to pick up my cat and take her with me to the couch and put her on my lap. When we got to the couch, I noticed it wasn't my cat, but my dog who passed away 5 years ago. And he laid his head on my stomach. Is that not freaky?! I'm 8w3d and have another u/s tomorrow. This can't be a sign, can it?!

I wouldn't read too much into it. I've had some really weird dreams too but they are just that weird dreams. I'm sure everything is great

don't read into it. I have had so many freaky dreams.
It actually can mean something good. Even though the dog has passed I read that dogs pick up on pregnancy. My dog has been different towards me for the past two weeks or so. So maybe it is just an acknowledgment of the pregnancy.
