can you make a reservation for a restaurant before boarding the boat?

I'm not certain, but I don't think so. They might make exception if it's for an event- birthday, anniversary, etc. But I wouldn't know where/who to call for it. I always just call the Concierge once I'm onboard.

You can make a reservation I believe 60 days before your sailing date.
