spin off---how about Hershey PA in Decemeber
Has anyone been there...what is there to do in the winter? If we go there we would only go for four days after Christmas......
I looked at the website....not too much info there......

Re: spin off---how about Hershey PA in Decemeber
I went to college right near Hershey we used to LOVE to go to Hershey around Christmas because they had the whole park set up in a Winter Wonderland... it was awesome and if I remember, free... so perhaps, it was set up via Hershey's Chocolate World (which is free) instead of the park, I don't remember. I would imagine the park would be open, but it may have shortened hours or limiited attractions because it's cold. there is also a hershey Zoo, so perhaps part of that will be open too.
The Hershey Hotel is gorgeous and I am sure will be decked out for the holidays... that would be a beautiful place to stay, or at least a nice place to have a meal.
There are shopping outlets there too (no tax on clothes in PA) and you would also be close to all the resturants of Amish country in Lancaster as well as their outlets.
Honestly, I don't know if you could fill 4 days in Hershey, IMO. Perhaps you could do a day in Hershey, a day in Lancaster and maybe a day or two in Philly on your way there or back?
