I just read how wonderful the sleep sacks are, what do you put under them if its cotton and sleevless?

We usually put a onesie and a sleep and play (the feety pjs). So, he has long sleeves underneath and his feet are covered. When it gets warmer, we don't use the onesie.

Depends on the temperature. I usually use just a long sleeved onesie, my apartment is on the warm side.
