Spin off of that Target post re back to school
I went to TRU today to purchase my son a new back pack as his old one has lasted for two years but is on its last legs. He asked for a Cars back pack well it is SOLD OUT!?! It is July. The store is reserving one for their next shipment but seriously, it is July. The crayola crayons and markers were completely picked over. It was insane.

They're having a sale - buy the backpack, get a lunch box free. I bought one for camp.
It's a pretty good deal so I'm sure that's why they're sold out.

Just as an aside, I was in Kmart last weekend and they had a TON of Cars gear. I am sure that may have changed between then and now, but just wanted to let you know.

this is exactly it. I took advantage of the sale too to get DDs lunch bag foir free. Once the sale is over and they restock I dont think theyll go as fast
