spin off to "blow out" laundry question lol
My Best friend BF's HER dd...and i have NEVER seen a baby poop through her diaper so much in my life...EVER...shes fine now, but for a few weeks it was customary lol
my son had a few incidents, but like literally, a few that i could count on one hand...
there was a point when every single days for a few weeks her DD was "going through" and it wasnt like it was diarrhea (sorry i hate that word lol)
its kinda making me afraid to BF to be honest, the last thing i need is loose poop EVERYWHERE...any BTDT moms have experience in this? Recommendations?

I think it depends on the baby. My SIL is BF my nephew and since he was born he has "blown out" diapers. She has had to change him up to 4 or 5 times per day b/c of these blow outs and there is no way to predict them. It's kinda nasty, but a possible part of BFing.

oh boy, see that makes me alil nervous.
I can handle poop, but not daily all over the place poop...
my friend said it definately was NOT cause she was BF'ing, but i kinda figured it had something to do with that.

In my experience BF poops are  - looser (which causes the squirt up the back destroying clothes )

I have also heard that BF babies poops are looser and they also poop more.
But once you get into the swing of things, poop is poop!

We had our share of blow-outs around here. I wouldn't say every day, but it was pretty often. Many times I found it was because her diaper was on wrong (too loose).
BF poop is messy, but nowhere NEAR as stinky as FF poop. I'll take the messy sweet-smelling BF poop any day.

Aw man- I miss those BFed poops..... her poops now that she's totally on solids could choke a horse. Yet I STILL cram my nose against her tush saying, "Did you poop?!?"
Hey- at least I don't stick a finger in there like my mom does  (WTH is THAT about?!)!!!!
