Spin off to: Hospital Bag Post
The clothes you are bring, what size are you getting? Pre-pregnancy I was a small now I'm wearing large. Should I buy my underwear in large and pants in this size to? Or would a medium work? Cause aren't you still pretty big still after birth?
And if I have a c-section, what's good pants wise to wear and underwear?? Low rise sweatsand underwear or granny panties? Or should I just get night gowns?

I bought size small panties b/c I still fit into most of my regular panties except the extra small. The cotton granny panties I bought at Target fit fine in a size small. I'm carrying high anyway.
For PJ's it depends on the style... I pretty much either got small bottoms and a medium top.
