Spin-off to teachers thread....raises....
How much on average do you get for a rasie?
I have been with my company for the last 4 years...and we usually only get 2-3% per year.
When I was younger and making alot less...I got a 10% raise, but it didn't amount to much since I was making so little...I would kill for a 10% raise now at my current salary

usually around 3%..if you get a really good review then 4-5% I would LOVE a 15% raise

My raises are surprisingly decent, percent wise, since we make so little. My first raise was 19% ( entery level salaries in publishing are notoriously low) My last raise was about 6.5 % & I will find out my new raise next week.

We get two 3% raises per year. Not too bad.
