Spin-off to the Yankee Game Tonight
I was complaining to DH about how hot it's going to be and how I don't really want to go. He said, think about the players in their polyester uniforms sweating their balls off...we'll have it easy!
How come that didn't make me feel better?

Well it could be because those 'poor' Yankees are making MILLIONS to be sweating in their polyester uniforms  (and I can say this ... I'm another huge Yankee fan ..  )

I was at the game a few weeks ago during the heat wave and boy it was hot! Bring water bottles with you. The stadium charges $4.50 for one! 
PS - I'm going to tomorrow nights game! Guess I like to punish myself!

We skipped Sunday's game (we have a package -bleacher seats for 15 games) because we anticipated it being hotter than it actually ended up being, but day games in major heat, in the bleachers are HORRIBLE.
Bring TONS of water- some for drinking and some for pouring on yourself
