I made this recipe from The Chew because I had a crust I wanted to use. I left out the peppers and substituted feta for the goat cheese. I'm actually not the biggest fan of quiche, but to me it tasted just like similar restaurant quiches I've tasted, so I guess that's good  It was very easy.

I follow this recipe and it is delicious. It is actually a spinach and munster cheese quiche but I always add about 4-5 tablespoons of crumbled feta and it gives it a nice kick!
