Spinach dip that uses fresh baby spinach?
I have a huge bag from Costco and want to use it up. We are going to a family dinner on Saturday and thought this would be a good way to use some of it. I LOVE spinach dip. Anyone have a delicious one?

I make the knorr vegetable dip with fresh spinach. I have also wilted chopped the spinach mixed With pine nuts and cheese and baked with bread crumbs on top.
