Spinoff - do u brush your teeth @ work?
A ton of people do it at my job and it sleeves me. I get dental hygiene but our bathroom isn't the nicest and I can't brush my teeth while someone is clearly taking a shit in the stall behind me.

Spinoff - do u brush your teeth @ work?
I'm glad to hear this. I know some who do and it totally makes me uncomfortable!!
I can see if you have a meeting and u had onions for lunch or whatever, but some people do it multiple times a day.
Maybe they have to .. Maybe it's a dental issue. I guess I should try not to judge. But ...I could never.

I do. I got into a habit when I was pregnant. I was throwing up all the time so I brought a tooth brush and paste in. Now I still do it after lunch because I got used to it.

Spinoff - do u brush your teeth @ work?
Yes. All my coworkers have tooth brushes and toothpaste in their desks. When I worked in an office I didn't do it everyday but at least 3x a week.

Yes I do where I am now. I started having problems with my teeth after having DS and brushing after lunch has helped. My office have a small private bathroom that is kept very clean. If I was still with my last employer, never unless I had a dentist appointment or client meeting.

Spinoff - do u brush your teeth @ work?
No. It skeeves me out. But I used to work with a woman who, every day after lunch would bring 2 big ziplock bags to the bathroom. - filled with an entire arsenal of mouth care paraphernalia. I am not exaggerating - she had an electric toothbrush and waterpick, floss, toothpaste, mouth wash and those floss/toothpick things. And she would use every single thing every day - brush, waterpick, floss etc. in the bathroom, with people coming and going (literally lol). It grossed me out to be in there when she was going through her oral care routine. Personally I don't brush my teeth at work because I find it gross to use the sinks that so many others are using. But when it came to this woman it grossed me out to wash my hand in a sink that she was spitting and spraying all over. It was disgusting

Re: Spinoff - do u brush your teeth @ work?
I do, several times a week. Basically, every time I eat something for lunch that might give me bad breath or have things stuck in my teeth.
I alway rinse the sink after myself and so do others who brush teeth in my office. Having food in my teeth or bad breath sleeves me out much more than the idea of someone else possibly brushing their teeth by the same sink.
Why are people sleeved about brushing teeth at work anyway? You don't have to lick the sink, or even touch it!

Re: Spinoff - do u brush your teeth @ work?
I have no choice because I have invisalign so I have to at least twice a day. Most people in my office do it if they have a dinner that night. I'd much rather that than speak to a colleague with busted breath.

I would never want to bring my toothbrush into a public bathroom. I'm skeeved enough by having to bring it to hotels.

Spinoff - do u brush your teeth @ work?
No and nothing disgusts me more than coming into the bathroom and seeing someone brushing their teeth. Thankfully, it doesn't happen that often here.

Yup. I'm a germaphobe but I'm more grossed out by the bacteria creating cavities on my teeth than I am brushing my teeth in the work bathroom.

I you Anya.
I have a toothbrush and toothpaste here but I don't brush my teeth regularly in the office. A LOT of women do though, and in my 20-something. I don't really see what's so gross about it. The cleaning lady is here every day anyway.

No. I've done it once and it skeeves me out. We had a woman rebounded to wash her face multiple times a day. I mean multiple. And her skin was horrible.

The old executive assistant at my company would take her whole face off after lunch, as she called it and reapply all her makeup after doing an entire wash and toner. She was in her 50s or her 60s and was beautiful but I never got the whOle ritual.

I guess because it's in a more public space than the privacy of your own home.
I find it weird when I see people brushing and spitting into the sinks at work. Those single-use toothbrushes would be preferred if people HAD to brush at work.
