Spinoff- Anyone try P90x?
I'm considering this...is it worth it??? Or is it going to murder me and cost me more $$ than necessary?

I actually have this - it is def a butt kicker!!
I haven't used it in awhile - and if I can find it I will actually loan it to you if you want to try it out!

I use a couple of the DVD's. They are an incredible workout. I do the Plyometrics, Cardio and Yoga. Not sure about the other DVD's in the series but these are serious workouts.

I actually just asked my dad for it for Christmas. He didn't know what to get me anyway and this made it easy for him. I found in on Amazon used for $80. I really want to try it. I think it will help me teach the classes too.
How long are the workouts every day?

Thanks! Yea everything is hear about them is that they're no joke. I'm hoping I can be motivated enough to really do it.
I might even start a blog about it to have some accountability :)

i was reading about this, but never tried it. i will try to find the blog about the girl doing it. she did something before p90x to work up to p90x. i think chalean extreme.

It works...it just kicks your butt. It's about 60% motivation to take the 30 minutes a day and do it on my part. Because I saw results I loved it! But boy...was I sore the first week.
He smiles the whole time too...what a jerk!!!!
