ugh, I know the feeling! :( def any of the places right on Merrick Ave off the train.. they are usually open late.

I N. Merrick on N Jerusalem there is a great nail spa called Fantastic Spa. They are open til 7:30 (so the card says, but I think I saw a sign they were open even later some nights). 483-9800

There is a place in garden City that is open on Thurs and friday nights until 11!
I live in Lynbrook but do go there when I really need to go and have to wait for DH to get home.
