That's sad. All my offices and others I know have given bonuses.

I get a christmas ornament every year from my boss but nothing from the company!
Dh gets nothing.

Last year, I got about 5% of my salary. I am expecting about 10% this year (I was only here for 6 months last year so I got a pro-rated bonus)

I used to get nothing from the firm, but always very generous from my boss.
Last year we got two weeks pay from the firm and a very generous bonus from my boss.
I don't know what this year will bring.

i get 0, the only thing that the hospital does is pulll names out of a hat and if you name is picked you will get $25. With 3,000 ppl workin it is really hard to get a bonues here, not even a raise.

the first company i worked at considered the week off between Xmas and New Years our 'bonus.' the last year i was there they threw in $100.
The next job I joined in November so I didn't expect a Xmas bonus and didn't get one.
I've been at this place for 7 months now. I know they give bonuses but i'm curious to see what it is and if i'll get one.
