SpinOff of Serious Weather --1 yr Ago Today
Freaky thing---a year ago today/last night.....the 86ft Blue Spruce Tree came through our house in E Patchogue....I am a bit freaked out about today's weather, and our neighbor called to tell me that the electricity is out in our neighborhood and that the streets are flooding (we live a block from the Bay)....we are "this close" to be being done w/ the renovation...we just ordered the replacement cabinets for the kitchen over the weekend, the painter is coming Friday to finish all the painting and we are done......If our basement floods b/c the electric is out and the sump pump can't pump, I'll freak. 
DH is suppose to run home during lunch to check it all out...

where in EP do you live?
We just moved to Patchogue- we are about 1200 feet from the bay- and I have No idea whether my street floods!
I am a nervous wreck right now!

DH said Bellport has no electricity either.
We live off of S. Country , off of Roosevelt.

That everything is ok.
My sis lives in E. Patchouge by the water and my mom lives in Bellport, both have no power.
