Spinoff stroller question: does your child hate the stroller?

from XcalystaX's post really .. it got me thinking

At 18mo, AJ doesnt 'hate' the stroller but she's MUCH much happier walking. We rarely use the stroller for anything other than a nice place to hold our diaper bag, purse, jackets, food etc.

I try to use it. I tie her down when we get out of the car to walk into a mall or someplace but within 5mins she's out and about.

I hate seeing her just sit there wasting away. I love watching her run and play and burn energy. We've found malls and places that aren't super busy so she has plenty of area to get lost in (not literally). She loves it.

I am beginning to wonder why we should even bother with the stroller. Let alone we haven't touched our larger Easy Walker since we left NY.

Am I the only one who's kiddo is happier free and roaming? And am I the only one who's silly enough to encourage and allow it?

DD never loved the stroller. She doesn't hate it, but rather just tolerates it.

I am SO lucky. Luca loves his stroller. He rarely cries to get down, and that's only if he needs a nap - he cries to be picked up

I don't even know if he realizes that he could walk around in stores, since we never let him

DD hated the stroller too. Now that she has her little brother though, she likes it. Mostly because he has it But honestly, I rarely used it once she hit 24 months. She is a burst of energy too. She also listens well when we are out and about so I don't have concerns about safety.

My oldest liked it. My 2 middle ones HATED it.

DD doesn't really like it. I don't force her in it. I usually bring it with us as an option in case she gets tired. Sometimes she sees it and wants to go in it, but only if she hasn't been in it for a long time.

We brought it to disney and it really was only used for an hour or two each day- when she was tired...it did come in handy as a bag holder -

I use mine all the time for my 2 1/2 yr old. He seems happy in it and really doesn't know there is any other option.

We shop all the time and he is either in him umbrella or one of my doubles.

We went for long walks this week with the jogger and he was happy there. I need to walk so he'll be in it as long as I can possibly keep him there

Ds hates it!! hates to be confined I brib him with fritsnacks lolipops nothings works anymore
