Spinoff to Autograph post...
Do you an autograph from any celebrity?
One that you asked them to sign, not one that may have been purchased?
The only one I have is from Slyvester Stallone. I knew he was going to be at Plant Hollywood, so I brought along a magazine he was in and ask me to sign it. And he did, I also took a picture of him signing it.
I use to think I was going to be Mrs.Stallone one day

I had a few from my younger days -the adorable Pat LaFontaine (former Islander).
In my 20s when I was working events, I got Bob Hope's for my grandma & a few old baseball players for my ex-boyfriend who was a baseball fan.

 Imagine his mom as your MIL She is out there.
I have autographs from:
Old NY Mets players. David Cone, Ron Darling, Dave Maggeden they used to go to Newins Ford in Bay Shore all the time to sign autographs.
Mike Bossy was in my office one day. I took a picture with him and the next time he came in he signed it.
And I met a few bands some that 9 out of 10 people have never heard of

Lastly I have Conan O'Brien's autograph. I went to see his show and brought a big sign asking him to go to the prom with me. he didn't take me up on the offer but I was on tv and he autographed my sign.

I got Kenny Chesney's when he was performing outside a block away from my work. 
DH got Art Alexakis (Everclear) to sign a cd for me after I couldn't make it to the event that he was performing at. We had to be there at a certain time to be let in and I told DH to go without me.
I have John Mayer's too but I got that through the Fan club. (I'm a dork)
The Refreshments signed a poster for me. I happened to run into them outside their tour bus as I was leaving the venue to get home before curfew. No other fans around, just me and my friend.

I have Penn and Teller's autograph. We saw them in Vegas and they stand outside the theater as you leave. I love them!

I have a personalized autographed picture from Clint Eastwood.
I used to work for Twinlab and my boss used to talk to him. I had to send something directly to is home in Carmel so I stuck in a note that I was a huge fan. I got a FedEx the next day.

My mom got me a Billy Joel one when she bumped into him at her job.
I had our wedding invite and the kids birth announcements autographed by DH's fave coach.
When I was in college I got an autographed photo of my brother's fave baseketball player. He idolized the guy and was so touched that I sent him a letter asking for a pic. It was really nice to see him so excited.

-Frank Vincent (Sopranos) - had his book signed for my father
-Eric Nies (Real World) - stood online and had his calendar signed for my sister

Me too! And he kissed me on the cheek  Too bad I was like 8! We also met and got autographs from Clark Gilles and Jon Tonelli that night. We met them at a meat market...I have no idea why they were there giving out autographs...bizarre.
I also got one from Mark Gastineau when I was on a plane to Arizona. Mike Bossy when I was at a water park in Florida. And a picture with lenny kravitz at a street fair in London.

my mom was in a bank once, and saw the guy in front of her hand the teller a hockey stick with several signatures on it. she figured the guy must be a hockey player (don't know why) so she asked him to sign a piece of paper for me.
so he did... and then his friend did too.
she brought them home to me and asked if i could tell who had signed it - because she couldn't read the signatures.
it was tommy soderstrom and tommy salo, the two islanders goalies!! (well, they were the goalies at the time.)
too bad i am a rangers fan
i still have them!
oh, and my dad got me maria milito's signature at some Q104.3 bash.
that's as famous as it gets!

i had one from kevin klein (isaw him in the audience at shakspeare in the park many years ago).
it looked like a K and then scribbles.
i also have michael damian and the entire cast of joseph and the amazing techinicolor dreamcoat from the bway revival in 1993-4 (i was in the children's chorus).

I have John Lennon's. When I worked at ABC, he was doing a special and I was at the rehearsal. He obliged everyone there with an autograph. A really gentle and quiet man.

I also have a hockey puck signed by an entire Islanders team from the 80's.
When I was younger I had Billy Joel's, Debbie Gibson, Ralph Machio and some of the Cosby cast. My mom used to work for a limo company and they drove a lot of famous people so she would get autographs.
