Spinoff to Can you ride a bike? : What type of riding?

OK, since we found out that a lot of people ride, what type of riding do you primarily do? I used to do road biking, but people drive like maniacs, and I'm too nervous riding on the streets. I prefer aggressive hard-core trails.

I grew up riding on paved and unpaved trails in parks.

Unless I'm actually riding to a destination, I prefer aggressive trails. It keeps me focused, and the changes in terrain and slopes provide a really good work out. If only had a bike now...

Ok, only when it's closed for traffic on Bike Sundays. Other than that, paved trails, but either way it's some what hilly in Westchester.
