Spinoff to "dated" kitchen and bathroom
Since I think "everything" will be dated at some point, what do you consider as "timeless" designs for kitchens and bathrooms.
Pics would be appreciated.

Neutrals. White toilet, tub. Simple tile.
If you look at something and immediately think "Wow, that's very..... " (modern, 80's, 50's, etc), it is/will be dated.

I agree. Fixtures that aren't white or beige scream outdated to me.

For the kitchen I think quality medium tone wood cabinets are classic.

I love glass mosaic tiles and stainless, but i was just looking at them the other day on a show and I thought "people are going to say that they are so 2000s" in 15-20 years
