I sleepwalk occasionally. Especially if I take cold medicine

OMG, I used to sleepwalk OUT OF MY HOUSE when I was a kid! In the middle of the night, I would unlock the front door and walk outside. One night my dad caught me and chased me down the block. I woke up the next morning with GRASS STAINS on my pj pants!!!!

I sleeptalk ALL THE TIME. I cry in my sleep often, too!!!

DH talks in his sleep, but he speaks in tongues. Its like he is forming words that just dont exist. It isnt another language either - very bizarre.

....the best was when the neighbor's house alarm was going off and i got out of bed, layered up, put boots on, grabbed my cell and my housekeys and walked out the front door - ALL WHILE I WAS SOUND ASLEEP. I guess it reminded me of dorm life?! The nerdery/honors dorm got its fire alarms pulled at least 2x a month.

FH says I talk occasionally.

He talks and sleepwalks. He used to do it more when he was younger. Sometimes he is doing computer programming and math in his sleep.

Once when I was staying over his parents house years ago we were sleeping together on the couch..he got up, walked around a little and went to sleep on the floor. I was so pizzed.

Also, if I wake him while he's in a deep sleep he gets weird. A bunch of us shared a hotel room at the prom (this was 100 years ago) and I tried to wake him up to turn down the AC for me and he jumped up and screamed "no!! No!! I won't go with you!!!" and woke up my friends..haha

ETA: an actress I worked with told me her DH (who is a college soccer coach) coaches in his sleep, clapping and shouting instructions to his team

I might snore all the time but DH definitly sleep walks and sleep talks......it is the most entertaning part of my day!!!

I slept walk a few times before. Very interesting and scary at the same time! You are actually doing/living the dream you are in. But I don't think it has happened recently. DH is sleeping so he would be the one telling me if I did or not.

DH told me I talk also once in a while. He talks also. Mostly cracking himself up! Fun dreams for him!!!

I talk in my sleep all the time. DH sometimes talks back to me to see if I answer him

Sleep talk but not often. If I have a lot on my mind, then yes.

I don't sleep walk, but I have been told I mumble. lol

when I was little (lived at home) I slept with my door partially open, my bedroom was near the stairs, so everyone would need to walk by it. my Dad used to tell me that I mumble and it was annoying b/c he didn't understand what I was saying

FF to present times, DH says that every now and then I mumble incoherently. sometimes I wake myself up, but it's a pretty rare occasion.

My DH says I have full conversations with people while I sleep. I woke him up one night yelling at my brother. I have no clue. Never knew I did it until he told me.

DH says I do sometimes.
He, on the other hand, is prone to nightmares and night terrors which are horribly scary!!!! He sometimes talks in his sleep too.
