spinoff to kicking question

at 28 weeks, I can't "see" kicks or lumps or anything- is this because of my extra layer of fat?

I'm 29w & I too only occassionally see bumps. I feel like she is so gentle when she move around.

I am in no way ashamed of my tubbiness.

I bet that's teh reason- bc Max Power kicks hard. he doesn't mess around. Everything Max Power does, he does full force.

Thankfully she is pretty gentle. But lately I think she is using my ribs as leverage to move around.

When I was about where you are my MIL said she could see my kicks... I think she was seeing things. I couldn't really see anything from the outside until about 30 weeks - but I'm pretty sure my baby has really long legs and she started kicking them really early. Now I see her stick out all over the place. I swear she's standing in there.

So no, it is not because of your imagined extra layer of fat. nutjob.

I'm 28 weeks and I just starting seeing things from the outside a few days ago. It's a little freaky!

I am 24 weeks and Kicked a babyname book off my belly the other night. I think she was sick of debating with DH too. It was unusually hard but I can see her moving around and kicking. I am thin and I also barfed for 17 weeks which made me even thinner. The Doc said there is not alot of cushion left between me and the baby.
