I dont know for sure.. but you see people come over here from other countries all the time for such things. Im sure a call to the perinatalogists at NorthShore Manhasset or LIJ could answer your questions.

I would call the hospital and if not I am sure a CITY hospital would be able to help you and then maybe she can apply for medicade or health plus to cover it..
