spinoff to my own post. Cleaning vents for CAC
The house we're buying, the woman was very old and the vents seemed insanely dusty...who cleans this, any CAC co or anyone really!?!!?!? so confused as we never had CAC

i wonder if you can just replace the filter? maybe the vents just look dusty because the filter needs to be replaced?
i know they have CAC services

we had our ducts and vents cleaned-- it was done by a mold removal company actually. I would wait til you are done doing any work-- ours were filthy probably from the floors being redone mostly.
