spinoff to requesting an internal: when did you get your first one?
 ok, so I am obviously experiencing severe preggo brain, becuase I could have sworn the OB said I would get a growth sono and my first internal today... and I got neither!
I know I have the sono next wed now... for sure! But the internal????
when did you get your first internal? It will be my 36.5 week appt next thurs....

Same here, 36 weeks, and now weekly. Its kind of no big deal, they just dilation, its like 2 minutes.... I've been 1 cm dilated for 2 weeks now so there is NOTHING happening...

Well I have had a few due to early contractions, but I think normally they wouldn't check until 36 or 37 weeks. I had my regular 35 week appt yesterday and they didn't check then.

they asked me at 36 weeks if I wanted to be checked, I said yes. I get an internal each week.
No growth sonos done down here unles necessary.....

My 1 and only was supposed to be 36 weeks but the Dr had an emergency and wasn't there for my appointment so I got it at 37 weeks
