What do you wear? CAn I wear my regular workout pants and top?

You're gonna sweat your butt off! I always wear a tank-top and either shorts or black w/o pants. Make sure you bring a towel and a bottle of water too!

You will definately sweat a lot so bring plenty of water
i would wear shorts or workout pants and a tshirt
sometimes people would bring a small hand towel to the class to wipe off

I do. Usually yoga pants and a t-shirt. Once I am in better shape I will go back to wearning shorts and a tank.
