Spinoff to Turkey Burgers
Has anyone made chicken burgers? Would I make them the same way as the turkey burgers?

Re: Spinoff to Turkey Burgers
Yup--we do both the same.
We add onion flakes and some other seasonings to give the meat some flavor, and then we cook them. either on BBQ or on the stove in a pan.
We also get the chopmeat that you have to form into burgers and sometimes we get the chopmeat patties.......already formed. Just season and cook.

I made Chicken Fajita burgers not long ago.
Ground Chicken diced up green and red bell peppers taco seasoning to taste a tablespoon or two of salsa
