Spinoff to weight gain... how much did you gain in your third trimester?
I feel like I'm more hungry, I'm afaid I'm gaining a ton of weight!

uh, i dont know what I gained this trimester so far..I just know what I gained in total.
I know that the baby tends to double in weight therefore getting a bigger weight gain than the previous trimesters.
Im always hungry too though.

I'm 35 weeks now and I haven't gained anything in the last 3 weeks, which is a total shocker since I'm eating more and definitely more chocolate than ever before and I stopped exercising. At my appointment on Tues the doc said, "This is a small baby." He'd better be putting on some weight now! I was really shocked about the weight situation because everything I read before said you should be gaining the most now, but then in two books I have at home, I read this week that it's not uncommon for your weight to stop increasing too. Go figure.

I think I have gained 4 of my total of 9 lbs in the 3rd trimester. My doctor keeps telling me to gain a pound a week and I never thought that would be difficult, but it is!
ETA: I am 32 weeks today, so I still have a ways to go

I gained about 16 lbs in my last trimester, 38-39 lbs overall.

I am affraid of last trimester weight gain too - 33 weeks and 21 lbs. total sofar - I am hoping to keep it on the low side ... but I was wondering the same thing.

I don't know...but I do know in the last 2 weeks I have gained 6 lbs!!! I am HUGE at this point...and I don't even care anymore. I am hungry every minute!
