Spinoff to when is it safe to get a massage
Im 6 weeks and since i didnt know that it isnt safe to not get a massage, im wondering what else you shouldnt do, besides smoke and drink....Thanks

I know i wasnt allowed to have a facial.. i got a gift cert. for seaweed facial, that was about to expire, but the place was nice enough to do an extension on..

If you get bikini waxes, you should let them know. After 20 weeks, I was positioned differently so as not to lay on my back.

You should not get a massage in your 1st trimester.
It's OK afterwards.
Be careful with facials, home skin treatments.
