SPINOFF: Tylenol recall - store brands
What store brands do you recommend? I have used the Target brand childrens tylenol but never used the infant one.....any suggestions??

im tempted to go get a shot bottle of whiskey to rub on DS gums in a pinch. My mom swears by that..LOL.
and whiskey hasnt been recalled

My family still does this. They're convinced that the small amount of natural alcohol is safer than the concoction they call "modern medicine". I can't say I totally disagree with them..LOL
I'm using CVS brand and it seems to be working okay.

I use Walgreens brand which my Ped recommended....I use it for myself as well.

I use target brand, which was recommended by my Ped. and I made sure is still tested under the same guidelines at the FDA.

We usually use the Target brand. I just recently bought Tylenol from Walgreens and now I have to throw it out because of this recall.
Lesson learned. I'm sticking with my store brands from now on.

im so mad! i always used tylenol and a few wks ago i saw target brand on sale so i bought it for dirt cheap. This week she has been sick/teething so ive been giving it to her and she wasnt getting better so i figured it wasnt working and went out last night and bought tylenol and of course its on the list 
the ingredients are the same and i knew that
the point is i use target brand!

I'm using CVS brand and it seems to be working okay.
We used ouzo (very little bit) for both boys and it worked.  When I was a baby my parents used whiskey.

I ran out and got the walgreens brand. its the same ingredients and says on the box "not manufactured or distributed by McNeil..." which are the makers of tylenol/motrin.
So i figured i would try this and hope it works.
