Spinoff, what do they do when you get your car detailed?

I have an 07 Jeep and the inside is starting to look a little...worn I guess for lack of a better word. I want to keep it in great condition, esp since I'm still paying it off lol. Also, I want to keep it in great condition in case I ever want to sell it one day or to just make it last as long as possible and still look good.

What exactly do they do?

The Exterior the vehicle is washed, compounded and waxed. Sometimes sandpaper or clay is used to removed scratches and bring the paint back to like new condition.
With the interior, the rugs and seats are vacuumed then washed. At times the seats are removed for a better cleaning. The seats can also be scotchgarded and disinfected. Then the dashboard, steering wheel and all other surfaces and cleaned and polished. All vents and small spaces are cleaned with small tools, such as toothbrushes or q-tips.
Last but definetely not least all the glass is cleaned to perfection.
