Spinoff... what is the meanest thing you ever done?
Besides torturing my sister when we were little, I was never really mean to anyone.
So I guess the meanest thing I ever did was throwing a can of hairspray at my sister. Those things were heavy. I missed and broke the door to our basement. The ONLY time I was ever grounded 
ETA: We are now very close so I guess all is forgiven

I was always the one teased, so I never did anything mean to anyone growing up, but the one thing that I did that I know was pretty bad was breaking up with my boyfriend of 5 years, over email  To my credit, I tried my best to do it in person but he just wouldn't accept it.

I slapped a girl, whom I called my best friend, when we got in a fight. I am haunted by that to this day. I apologized to her but I never got over it. To this day I am so sad and ashamed of that one action.

In 8th grade, this girl in my class threw up, and it had pickles in it, so from then on (for the rest of the year), she was referred to as Pickle Girl. I didn't make it up, but i def went along with it.
ehh, maybe it motivated her to become some multi millionaire/supermodel or soemthing.
I always feel like Karma will get its revenge-- one day, i'll be walking down the street and BAM! slammed right in the side of my face with a flying pickle

Oh god - probably too many to name.
I was trying to get accepted into the "cool clique" in 7th/8th grade and they were really mean girls.
I did a lot of teasing, etc. that I am ashamed of now.
Adolescent girls can be vicious!!!
I have also dumped guys and moved on without really letting them know.

At a Sweet 16 of a girl I hated- but kinda used just to go to her party to sabotage it (long story), she called me up to light one of her candles. When I went up to the cake...I blew them all out!
That was by far the meanest thing I ever did- justified or not.

Actually, the meanest thing I ever did was do DH, but well before we were married.
He was so madly in love with me, but I was a dumb teen-aged girl and dumped him. Totally blind-sided him. He had to walk home alone, in the rain. He still hasn't let me live it down!

Well this is mean but its totally justified!!! Although looking back since it was like 8 years ago I kinda feel bad about it...
A close friend and I had a suitemate junior year who flirted with all of our boyfriends. I swear she would walk out of her room with tiny negligees (sp?) on when our boyfriends were over. She would sprawl her legs out over the bed, bend over, I am not kidding.
One day we came to find out that my friends boyfriend actually slept with her. She came to his room crying that she was depressed and did he want to watch a movie with her (stole my Billy Madison tape, BTW) and before you know it....
So prior to having her kicked out of the dorm with us, we opened all of her makeup and spilled it down the drain and put the containers back in her make up case. Then we scratched every CD in her beloved Fleetwood Mac boxset. Hopefully she learned her lesson!

In fourth grade I was in a small private school with only 10 kids in my class. One girl had buck teeth and when me and my friend decided to write an Easter play for the class, guess what we cast her as...the rabbit. How mean is that...we got spoken to by the principal and everything.
Otherwise, I don't think I've done anything purposely mean to someone.

When we were little these two little kids lived next door to my cousin. And I had one of them soft pretzels. I dipped it in the dirt in the driveway and gave it to them to eat.
I have no idea why I did that. I think their mom came out and yelled.
I still feel bad about it........and this was about 25 years ago

The meanest thing I did without being provoked or justified was breaking someone's heart.
When provoked it's ranged from mixing up a concotion of "special" shampoo for a mean older cousin to helping a certain someone help write a letter to get someone fired.
I did fire someone last night via telephone -which was mean but in the scope of my job.

I have one very similar! We were friends with a girl in HS who was sneaky and same thing as your "friend" above. I found out later she had slept with my boyfriend at the time and i was even more happy that we did this to her.
She used to work at a drugstore. We had a friend of a friend who worked in a deli and had this cow's tongue she wanted to play a prank on someone with. My friend and I told her about this girl and we went to her work about 15 mins before she got off. We took this huge tongue looks like a human tongue blown up 100 times and put in on her winsheils close to the hood.
This girl is also kind of dumb or ditsy. She get IN HER CAR! Does not see the cows tongue on her windsheild. She drives down the block and we follow her. She pulls into a parking lot to remove the tongue and picks it up with papers and throws it into the parking lot. We pick it up and then go to her house and put it on her car.
She was calling all of us and saying "Someone put meat on my car!"
She deserved it and I still don't feel bad about it! Oh and another time she told someone something I had SPECIFICALLY said don't tell this person X. So she deserved what she got!

in 5th grade, i bought my best friend one of those best friend necklaces.. you know the two halves of a heart where each person wears one half
the following year, i replaced her with a new best friend
i told my old best friend that she should stop wearing the necklace because it wasn't true anymore
i still feel guilty about that one

I'm embarassed b/c I was a little "older" (um...two years ago) when I did this...
I was driving to CT in the morning commute, and a man in a white volvo cut me off bigtime...causing me to come to a complete skreetch (to the point where I literally missed the back of his car by a hair.
I let it go, thanked God for giving me another day on this earth, and got into another lane avoiding this psycho.
Well, a few miles later, he did the exact same thing, this time in the right lane.
So....I threw a bottle of water at his car, that caused him to freak out and come to a complete hault.

My best friend in the 7th grade wanted to join an afterschool club that I was in .The initiation was for the newbies to sit on the floor and we covered them with a blanket.They were told to take off the last thing you put on....Ok No brainer right? Take the friggin blanket off! Well NOPE not my friend ,she stayed under that blanket while everyone else watched and laughed-including myself, until she was down to her undies before I stepped in to give her a clue
