Are you related to any historical figures through your family tree?
I am a Mayflower descendent, directly through John Alden and Priscilla Mullens (my 13th great-grandparents). That makes me related to such famous people such as John Adams and Dan Quayle

depends on what you mean by "historical" - 1 of my family memebers is mentioned on a few history channel and A&E specials- but it's nothing to be proud of
my sister boyfriends great grandfather started the secret service- I forgot his name

My family were slaves back in the day  and others served in the civil war...

I am related to the late Ronald Reagan. My mother's paternal grandmother was a cousin of his (second or third).
