Sports Bra for running?
Why can I only seem to find low to medium impact sports bras? I admit, I'm not looking in sporting goods stores but still. If they exist, why don't they seem to sell them many places? It's not like running is a really uncommon thing to do. . .
Also, can you recommend a good one? I'm a C cup, so it's not like my chest is that big but I find that unless I wear two bras (a regular bra with a sports bra over it) my boobs are all over the place and it HURTS. I have a bunch of different brands but they're all medium impact (since that's all I can seem to find where I normally shop) and don't really do enough.

I'm a C/D cup and I've found Moving Comfort bras work well for me. They sell them at Athleta in Manhasset. Athleta will even let you wear the bra during a workout and return it if you don't like it.

I second Moving Comfort and I also love the high impact bra at the Gap. I'm a 36C and there is no way I'd ever wear 2 sports bras, I'm be so overheated!

I can't bring myself to spend the money on sports bras so I wear 2. I wear a back clasp one and an over the head one. It keeps the girls in place and I put my tissues between the space between the two bras when running lol

I love the Under Armour zip up front bras. I'm a D and I feel like its the only thing that holds me and I love the zipper in the front. They have them at Macys or sports stores like Dicks etc.

Re: Sports Bra for running?
I've tried a bunch of expensive bras, including Panache and Moving Comfort. They're good, but I also really like the high impact sports bra from the Gap. If you can snag them when they're having a 40% off code (which is all the time now), it's a great deal. I find cup side pretty accurate. It is a compression bra, opposed to encapsulation, but it really eliminates bounce for me, and I wear D.

Re: Sports Bra for running?
I don't know why they don't carry them in regular stores, but I went to a running store & bought a Moving Comfort bra (mostly because it's across the street from my office.) I don't even run-I use it for Zumba & biking, b/c all my regular bras are useless & my past experience with sports bras led me to avoid exercise at all.
ETA- I like the sports bras that have a clasp in the back like a regular bra. I can never get the over the head ones on.
