Spotting at nearly 33 weeks? UPDATED ON BOTTOM!
It started last night- just on the TP after peeing and it was red. None in the toilet so it wasn't alot. I kept wiping and it faded away. Put on a panty liner and went to bed. Woke up sometime during the night and there was nothing there. Woke up this morning and there was a little bit of pinkish brown on the liner. Changed undies/liner and got ready for work. Checked about 15 minutes after I chaged and there was some reddish brown on the liner. More than a dot but not alot.
I've been really dry and raw down there so I figured it was just from the skin being irritated. No sex, nothing strenuous or anything. I still feel the baby in there, but only very little movements- but it's still early.
Should I call the doc?

if it was me, I would call just bc any type of red discharge (even slight) would make me worry.

Absolutely call the doc when there's any type of spotting! That happened to me during my last pregnancy and I learned that my cervix had shortened more than they would have liked (week-wise I was in my early 30s). Other times I spotted, it turned out my cervix was just "congested." I hope everything turns out okay!

Well- the doc finally called back and I was sent to L & D. Luckily it was empty up there so I got right in and hooked up to the monitors right away.
Monitors, sono and internal (not fun, BTW!) all came back fine. They didn't see any blood and didn't know where it came from.
It was a little bit scary actually being in that room. Part of me was a little freaked and part of me was hoping they would say- "Let's have this baby!"
Oh well- little Kumquat has more time to cook in there!

jen im glad to hear it was no big deal!!! you want that baby to cook a few more weeks!!! that labor room is scary but when it finally comes time its even worse!  although its a room you will NEVER ever forget!
