Spray foam insulation?
Has anyone had this done recently? I am in the middle of redoing my basement and ended up taking down the sheet rock. So I'm thinking of getting the walls spray foamed. Any recs?

We plan on doing our attic with Insulation.

we had insulation blown in through the joints between our brick.
It really helped.
i forgot who did it.

I was just thinking that! DH and I watch that show every night while we eat dinner. Last week in the middle of the night I was talking my sleep telling DH he needs to use the spray foam for safety.

We got a quote when we first moved in to our house 5 years ago and it was  I do think we could use it now, particularly in one section of our kitchen.
