spring 07 boys?
i'm asking about boys bc i know the girls are usually much neater..
does your ds still use their fingers to eat? my ds has been uing a fork and spoon FOREVER but is still such a slob (he even tells me that he is a messy eater) and he still uses his hands to eat.
he will have the fork in one hand and be eating with the other. i think he just finds it faster and easier but  . i'm talking things like rice and meat!

DS uses a fork but does sometimes use his fingers...he is a bad eater so I dont argue with him

Thomas also uses utensils AND his hands. He actually doesn't like his hands or face dirty, so I'll have to wipe his hands and face several times throughout a meal.  He does spill alot on his clothes and chair though.

 DS uses his hands for the most part........he is not a good eater, so I find myself feeding him a lot to get him to eat.
