Re: St. Luke's Farmingdale
I went to visit St. Luke's and I really didn't like it at all. It felt too much like a school to me, and was too big to send my 2 year old to. I knew the second that I walked in, that it wasn't for us.
We loved Peanuts in Farmingdale, and that's where we are sending him in the fall.

Re: St. Luke's Farmingdale
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE St. Lukes.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about it. My oldest went there for nursery and pre-k, and was VERY prepared for kindergarten! The teachers are amazing! It is "curriculum based". As a PP stated, it IS a school. They are learning in a very fun, safe, and playful environment. Each class is run smoothly and with a LOT of routine, routine, routine. Both of my boys thrived there.
My other son is now there for the nursery program and will be going in Sept. for Pre-K. I fully intend to send DD there when she is 3. Feel free to FM me if you want any more information!

Re: St. Luke's Farmingdale
This is the school that has open registration and you have to get there at like 5am, right? I've heard a lot of good things about it and I heard they are pretty reasonably priced as well!

Re: St. Luke's Farmingdale
I LOVE LOVE LOVE St. Luke's. I knew that I loved it as soon as I walked in there because I wanted a school environment. My son's teachers are fun and he loves them. Everything is completely safe, you get a security card to buzz yourself into the school. The playground is connected to the classroom, there are bathrooms in the classes, they go to music classes, there is a huge gym with tons of toys for them to play with when it rains...I could go on and on..
If you have any other questions fm me.
