st. patricks day leprichaun tricks?
do you do anything for st.patricks day? we hide gold with a trail of gold from his room, dye the milk green,toilet water green.. need more ideas!!

i want to do this for DS this year.....but am clueless. what "story" do you tell about the leprechaun and why he does it?

-fill the tub with balloons.....
-turn the kitchen furniture upside down
-write a note on the bathroom mirror from the leprechaun
-while they sleep, put all their stuffed animal on the bed
-green eggs or green pancakes for breakfast
-turn all the books on the bookshelf upside down

There is one we do in our class where we buy white carnations and night before drop green food coloring into the water. The next day they are green and we blame the " leprechaun"

We put chocolate gold coins in his shoes, have glitter/ confetti everywhere, dye the milk, toilet bowl water green, and brita water green! Swaps out the clothes we lay out for Teddy the next day for pjs. He draws silly pictures on the chalk board, as well as leaves a note. Sometimes he even leaves green foot prints coming in the front door and going out the back. Green hand prints on the window/ Sliding glass door..(A little finger paint can work wonders) Green muffins. The night before we put a box out with a stick holding it up to try and catch him (We put a small thing of green veggies out for him ie broccoli, green bell peppers, spinach...) and he always gets the bowl empties it and leaves it full of fun stuff like coloring books, crayons, books, bubbles...etc etc
