St pattys APPs ideas
I like to do mini Rueben's on little rye or pumpernickel breads that I toast up in the oven- (the small square ones you find by the deli counter) Everyone always eats these.
This year I'm going to do Rueben won tons- Corned beef, swiss, sauerkraut in a won ton wrapper fried and thousand island dipping sauce.
Irish Nachos are easy to do and who doesn't love bacon, cheese, sour cream and waffle fries?
I also did last year Irish Cheddar and beer fondue with soft pretzels, ham, veggies, and bread to dip...so good!

Re: St pattys APPs ideas
Here are two appetizers I have pinned to try..
Shepherd's Pie Pockets
Corned Beef and Cabbage Egg Rolls
You could also do spinach dip or guacamole. They're not Irish but they are green!
