Staging kitchen counters
Can anyone give suggestions on what we can do that's cheap for "staging" the counters? We have a fairly large space to play with. It's an L shaped counter. Minus the stove and sink. Thanks!

Re: Staging kitchen counters
First clear off all pots pans, paperwork. Im sure you know that though.
Then I would put maybe one of those Italian bottles with the olives and peppers and such(the ones that you don't open) KWIM.
then maybe a candle piece from BBB. But keep it mostly clear with just a few of those accent pieces.. that's all you'll need. Buyers like to invision there stuff there.
Good luck
hth
ETA: One of those air fresheners with the bottle and sticks.....KWIM

Re: Staging kitchen counters
Fresh baked muffins (buy them at the store!) and a candle with a similar scent.

Re: Staging kitchen counters
Flowers and fruit!
Bowl of apples or limes and lemons.
Two or three glass jars with coffee beans, flour, cookies, etc. inside.
If you have a window sil in the kitchen, a small cute potted green plant.
A small vase of colorful flowers or if you have a nice pitchen put some water inside and stick some flowers in there.

Re: Staging kitchen counters
I would keep it simple. I would leave most of the space empty and make sure it didn't have any fingerprints on it.
Maybe something like this
