Stain on Uggs from jeans??
Wore my new sand mini Uggs for the first time with OLD jeans. Not new jeans that haven't been washed, which is why I'm surprised. When I took them off, I noticed on the back of both, by the loop at the top of the Uggs, I have a slight blue stain, what looks to be from my jeans! Is the nubuck just that porous?
edit to my own post: i bought the water/stain stuff from zappos and used it prior to wearing (i didn't buy a nubuck brush yet, which it tells you to use but whatever) but i think i need the conditioner for suede/nubuck to remove it. On the other hand, should I even bother if this is going to keep happening from jeans? no one sees the top of the boots since they are minis!

imo - it will keep happening, the sand color picks up everything - so i would just leave it alone.

I just got mine for my birthday and I'm upset. I'm SOOO anal. I'm glad I'm not alone. I thought my pair was defective.

Go get some ugg cleaner, if you don't have it already. After they are dried spray them with nubuck spray so it repells stains and water proofs them. That has worked for me with my sand uggs
